Complete site overhaul

A complete site overhaul was more than overdue. The last version, while functional, was lacking in a few ways. Navigation was probably the worst offender. I never bothered to make rollovers so there was no way to know what page one was on. I had also made the previous version with html tables and that limited what I could really do aesthetically. This time around I taught myself how to use CSS for an entire layout and not just a limited global style. The end result is a much cleaner, and faster loading site.
