Krooked has always been a fun, yet challenging brand, to work on. The artwork, with the exception of the zip zinger, nano, and zagger, comes directly to krooked from artist and pro skater Mark Gonzales. Sometimes the designs are straight forward and sometimes they're not. In the case that the direction the graphic should take isn't clear, my role has been to take it and make it clear. Generally I just make patterns from Gonz's artwork to fill deck space and some of those are featured here. Just to be clear, though, The original artwork for Krooked with the exception of the zip zinger series decks is © Mark Gonzales. The patterns and layout are what I've done.
